Pay: Starting at $400 per week, plus uncapped commission

Position Summary

We're hiring Customer Care Representatives to assist customers with reservations, travel questions, scheduling, and general account support.

This is an inbound, phone-based position where you'll speak directly with customers, provide information, update account details, and help guide callers through available options.

No previous travel or call center experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Schedule Options

Day Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:45 AM-5:00 PM
Evening Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-10:00 PM

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls
• Assist with reservations and scheduling requests
• Answer questions about available travel services and options
• Review customer information and make account updates
• Document conversations and maintain accurate records
• Help resolve routine customer concerns
• Explain policies and next steps clearly
• Refer more complex situations to the appropriate team member
• Maintain professional and courteous communication
• Work with the team to support daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Good verbal communication skills
• Comfortable assisting customers over the phone
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to enter information accurately
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
• Must be at least 18 years old

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reservations, sales, administrative support, or a call center is helpful but not required.
