Mission-Driven HR Manager & Compliance Leader
WELS Church Extension Fund, Inc.
WELS Center for Mission and Ministry (CMM) in Waukesha, WI, seeks an experienced HR professional to provide administration, guidance, and support for all HR functions at the CMM and its subsidiaries. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources & Benefit Plans and focuses on employment, compensation, employee relations, policy development, and compliance with WELS policies. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in HR or related field, at least five years of HR leadership experience, and #J-18808-Ljbffr WELS Church Extension Fund, Inc.
