Pro Sales Representative

Position Purpose To identify, develop, oversee, and maintain successful relationships with key customers and personnel at Home Depot or Lowe's in a manner that maximizes sales of the MasterBrand and American Woodmark portfolio of products and services to Home Depot or Lowe's Pro customers. Essential Functions Develop and execute strategies to strengthen Home Center–Pro relationships and drive territory sales growth. Sell products/services within assigned territory, maintaining customer relationships and supporting ongoing satisfaction and retention. Drive new Pro business development, identifying opportunities and executing growth plans. Build and maintain client relationships across the territory through regular customer engagement. Partner with field sales teams to identify and develop Pro sales opportunities. Prioritize selling activities and manage time effectively to maximize productivity and customer coverage. Manage marketing, travel, and entertainment budgets to support territory sales growth. Serve as primary contact for customer issues, resolving service and warranty concerns. Conduct competitive analysis on products and quotes to win and convert sales. Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions, providing market insights and reporting. Demonstrate the cognitive, language, reasoning, and mathematical abilities consistent with the expectations of this role. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel up to 70% Ideal Candidate Profile Work Experience 1 - 3 years Proven track record in sales with new business development experience - Required 1+ years Experience with Professional Contractors or within Project Management - Preferred 1+ years Kitchen and bath cabinet experience including product knowledge - Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to disseminate and utilize needed information from blueprints and schematics, including measuring Drive, determination, and discipline of a self-starter Proactive, go-getter approach focused on cold calling and generating new leads Excellent oral and written communication skills with external and internal groups Energy and focus to be goals and results orientated Excellent planning and organization skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Conflict resolution over sensitive or complex issues, with demonstrated decision-making skills Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite applications Proficient use of CRM (Salesforce) is a plus Education Bachelors Degree In a related field.
