Sales Representative

Potential Pay $3,000-$7,000 per month Full Time 10+ Openings Job Description Attend tax associate training sessions and office meetings Be able to utilize tax software to produce taxes (training will be provided) Prepare federal and state income tax returns Collect accurate client data Provide taxpayer client service and quality control Review financial records, such as prior tax return forms, income statements, and documentation of expenditures to determine necessary forms for the return Interview clients to obtain additional information on taxable income and deductible expenses Process tax documents and obtain all necessary client signatures Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures (see P&P Manual) Utilize CRM to update client information and notes Manage inbound calls and produce the set daily goal of prepared taxes Role Expectations Work efficiently and independently; be productive and self‑directed; take ownership of your job Efficient time management Follow up with unprepared clients Maintain quality customer relations and timely management of calendar appointments Function as a loyal member of the tax office team Maintain confidentiality of client information and company proprietary information Provide frank feedback to the office manager Learn all necessary skills to complete responsibilities (continue education as needed) Role Requirements Knowledge of income tax preparation (relevant experience or completion of a tax course) Maturity, sensitivity, and integrity Detail orientation and strong organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills, concern for people, a team player Maintain quality and professional relationships with all departments Represent the company professionally to the public and associates Earn acceptance and trust of all company associates Computer proficiency or aptitude (training in tax preparation software provided) Initiative, self‑reliance, and perseverance Availability for agreed upon hours, dependability; minimum six days per week #J-18808-Ljbffr 1800 Tax Pro Inc
