In-House Clinical Research Associate

Supporting clinical study operations, the full-time In-House Clinical Research Associate will assist with site management and monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist project teams with trial progress tracking and maintain essential documents for clinical studies Communicate effectively with site staff and internal project members to address inquiries and coordinate activities Support site activation processes and may assist in audit preparation and monitoring visits Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline is required Less than 1 year of previous clinical research experience is preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong organizational skills are essential Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with minimal oversight Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic setting are necessary
