Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance with a proven track record in sales and new-business development. If you are passionate about building and maintaining a profitable book of business and thrive in a remote work environment we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70000
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales strategies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in a remote work environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 35 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance preferably in a production role.
- Background in either an independent agency or captive environment.
- Proven ability to drive sales and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
