Join Our Team as an RN Manager Adult Day Health Program!
Are you passionate about providing high-quality care to adults and seniors in need? Do you want to make a difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive and engaging environment? If so, Gracious Home Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) is looking for dedicated RN Manager to join our team in Southborough, Full-time opportunity, we offer a range of benefits including sick leave and paid time off. Saturday availability is required for this position.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to adults and seniors in our Adult Day Health Program
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Administer IV therapy and medications as needed
- Conduct patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Required Skills:
- Post-Anesthesia Care Unit experience
- Trauma Nursing Core Course certification
- Private Duty Care knowledge
- Nursing Education background
- Medical Surgical expertise
- Three or more Years experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
- Experience in Telemetry and Skilled Nursing
- Proficiency in Care Planning and Interventions
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential
- Operating Room or Acute Care experience
