iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician (L1) – Warehouse Operations
\nto join our Team in Whitestown, Indiana!
\n \nThis is a one year contract role which requires the employee to work onsite!
\n \nSummary:
\nWe are seeking an IT Service Desk Technician (L1) to provide frontline onsite IT support for warehouse and office operations. This role is responsible for daily user support, computer setup, printer support, handheld device support, and basic network troubleshooting in a fast-paced warehouse environment
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\nInstall and configure Windows operating systems, office software, and standard application
\nSupport desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and peripheral
\nTroubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issue
\nSupport barcode scanners, PDA devices, handheld terminals, and label printer
\nHandle printer maintenance, paper jams, toner replacement, and label printing issue
\nConfigure basic network settings including IP, Wi-Fi, and printer connectivity
\nPrepare and deploy IT equipment for new users and warehouse operation
\nRespond to IT tickets and provide onsite support within SLA requirement
\nMaintain IT asset inventory and basic documentation
\nEscalate complex issues to L2 engineers when necessary
\n \nQualifications:
\nOne+ year of IT support experience.
\nBasic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, printers, and handheld devices
\nFamiliar with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting
\nExperience with ticketing systems and onsite user support
\nStrong customer service and communication skills
\n \nPreferred Qualifications
\nExperience in warehouse, logistics, retail, or manufacturing environments.
\nExperience supporting Zebra or Honeywell handheld devices.
\nExperience with label printing systems.
\nBasic knowledge of Intune or MDM tools.
\n \nLocation Rate: $16 - $22 per hour
