a dynamic Senior Account Executive to lead and transform our business in either
the aviation vertical or the backup power generation vertical. With over 30 years in
the industry and a prestigious clientele including the US Department of Defense,
Army Corps of Engineers, and international airports, you will have the thrilling

the industry and a prestigious clientele including the US Department of Defense,
Army Corps of Engineers, and international airports, you will have the thrilling
opportunity to drive growth and own all revenue generation within your chosen
vertical, capitalizing on unlimited earning potential and a lucrative commission
structure. Responsibilities:
- Take the helm and drive all business development, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships within the chosen vertical (aviation or backup power generation).
- Lead high-value transactions, typically ranging from $100k to $1mm, with the agility and acumen of an industry expert.
- Forge strong relationships with a wide array of stakeholders throughout extensive sales cycles, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Craft and deliver bespoke solutions, ensuring substantial integration or customization to exceed client expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless project execution and delivery.
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within sectors like enterprise software, industrial machinery, aircraft sales, luxury boats & yachts, advanced medical equipment, large-scale renewable energy installations, commercial real estate, or large construction projects.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Unyielding work ethic, drive, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Commitment to in-office collaboration during the initial training and probationary period.
- Bilingual capabilities preferred.
- Attractive commission structure with rates between 3.5% to 6.5%, based on transaction margin. Your financial success has no ceiling.
