Leading a team of Processing Specialists, the full-time Team Lead, Pre-Closing Operations will manage workflow, ensure quality oversight, and drive operational excellence in a remote environment while supporting construction lending and risk mitigation activities. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop team members while conducting performance reviews and quality assessments Manage daily processing queues and team workloads to meet client deliverables and service level agreements Perform quality audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in mortgage operations, construction lending, or related financial services 1+ years of leadership experience in a production-driven environment Strong understanding of processing workflows and operational controls Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Experience supervising teams and managing client service interactions
