The Field Service Technician will be responsible for transport, installation (if applicable), and maintaining equipment, replacement parts, tools, and micro market and office coffee equipment in an organized and structured manner. The Field Service Technician is responsible for in field rebuilding of vending, micro market, and office coffee equipment.

Responsibilities include repairing and installing vending, office coffee, and micro market equipment to promote continuous operation of the machines. The technician transports equipment, installs replacement parts, and performs repairs using tools and other vending equipment at various accounts/locations throughout the region using a company vehicle. They troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning machines to working order in the field, may include swapping failed equipment, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor adjusting of the malfunctioning component of the machine. They communicate professionally with dispatchers and clients, run electrical wire and plumbing tubes as needed, respond promptly to customer needs/requests with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction, support a service-oriented environment that leads others to improve their service actions, maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers and customers, follow through with action when a customer makes a special request or asks questions, and continuously seek to exceed customer expectations and anticipate their needs ahead of time. Additional projects and assignments as needed.

Ingredients for thriving include a high school diploma or GED, experience repairing vending, coffee, or small machines, basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, or electronics, a valid, clean driver's license (Chauffeur's License may be required MI only), and the ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical (MI, IN, PA, and NY only).

Locations & logistics require the ability to lift 75100 pounds, perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing, crouching, bending, kneeling, and twisting, and be comfortable working and driving in various environments and weather conditions.
