Ensures that off campus facilities maintain and represent Renown Health System mission and goals.Nature and ScopeThe major challenges to this position include all aspects of the Radiology services, to include all imaging modalities, clerical, transcription, and film library functions, as well as registration, reception and marketing functions for the facility.The incumbent is generally responsible for all operational aspects of Radiology which may include ordering of supplies, scheduling patients, cross-training staff, scheduling staff, budget preparation, hiring new/open positions, as well as ensuring the services provided through Radiology Services and O.P. Registration are high quality.If the incumbent provides direct patient care, he/she is accountable for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients, and families. Requires completion of an AMA approved 2-year radiology program or equivalent Ultrasonography program. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Radiology is preferred.Experience:Two years supervisory/management experience in an acute health care setting.License(s):Requires licensure in one of the following: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography(ARDMS) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) at time of hire.Candidates registered with ARRT with (R) or (CT) are also required to obtain State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography at time of hire.Certification(s):Current BLS certification by American Heart Association (AHA) standards required at time of hire.Computer / Typing:Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc. Preferred Experience We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine leader with a proven ability to grow programs and drive results. Ideal candidates will bring: Nuclear Medicine leadership experience.CNMT or equivalent advanced Nuclear Medicine certification.Strong PET/CT operational and clinical expertise.Experience with radiopharmaceutical therapy and/or Theranostics programs.Demonstrated success expanding volumes, services, or imaging programs.Experience developing physician relationships and referral networks.Strong knowledge of radiation safety, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.Experience managing staffing models, productivity, budgets, quality initiatives, and capital planning.Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive collaboration across diverse clinical specialties. What Success Looks Like Within the first 12-24 months, the successful leader will: Establish and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Nuclear Medicine, PET, and Theranostics.Increase patient access and maximize PET utilization.Expand theranostic treatment offerings and treatment volumes.Strengthen relationships with referring physicians and oncology partners.Build a sustainable technologist recruitment and workforce pipeline.Evaluate and implement emerging tracers, therapies, and technologies.Reduce unnecessary patient outmigration by expanding local access to advanced services.Deliver measurable improvements in clinical outcomes, operational performance, patient experience, and financial growth.
