Sr. Global Marketing Manager, Women's Health

Senior Global Marketing Manager leading strategy and commercialization for Women's Health diagnostic portfolio including HPV, cytology, and digital pathology solutions. Role involves developing global marketing strategy, market positioning, demand generation campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and portfolio growth in regulated healthcare markets.

Responsibilities

Lead global marketing strategy for Women's Health portfolio ensuring aligned regional execution and clear strategic priorities
Develop and execute global commercialization plans, product launch strategies, and market activation initiatives
Generate market and competitive insights to inform positioning, segmentation, and investment priorities
Design integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools to drive portfolio awareness and adoption
Collaborate across product, R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams to advance portfolio growth initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field
Significant global marketing or product management experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences
Demonstrated success developing marketing strategies and driving adoption in regulated environments
Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and market insight translation skills
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing abilities across global teams
Experience in women's health, cervical cancer screening, HPV, cytology, or digital pathology preferred
