Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Current, valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
• Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for a diverse student population
• Comfortable with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency skills to create targeted intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Coordinate with classroom teachers, special educators, and school administrators to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely therapy records, progress notes, and required paperwork
• Engage with parents and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and encourage participation in therapy at home
