Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP license for the state, or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in accordance with IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, support staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student assessment teams
