Machine Operator – 2nd Shift Pay: $20.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift (7:00am-3:30pm) Openings: 4 Positions Available Job Overview We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. These positions are ideal for candidates with experience working in a manufacturing environment who are comfortable operating production equipment and maintaining quality standards. We have four openings available : 2 Machine Operators – Inspection Focus: Candidates must have experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to inspect parts and verify they meet specifications. 2 Machine Operators – Production Focus: Candidates should have prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment but will not be responsible for inspection duties. These positions are a great fit for individuals who have experience beyond a Production Associate role but are not required to have CNC machining experience. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Follow work instructions and production schedules. Perform quality checks and maintain production standards. For inspection-focused roles, use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to verify part dimensions and quality. Identify and report equipment or quality issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment required. Experience using calipers and micrometers is required for inspection-focused positions. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
