We are currently seeking  Rough carpenters for upcoming commercial projects in  Waynesboro, PA

The ideal candidate will have experience framing and constructing structural components for commercial and residential projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other construction materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings
• Construct and install framing for walls, floors, roofs, doors, and windows
• Build and install concrete forms, scaffolding, and temporary structures
• Inspect and repair damaged structures or fixtures as needed
• Ensure all work meets project specifications and building codes
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Rough Carpenter or in a similar construction role
• Knowledge of framing methods, building materials, and construction techniques
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform demanding work
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
