Service Manager

Job Description:

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of service orders.
Computer skills are a must.
Prior experience in automotive services or related field
Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
Prioritize required services and recommend options.
You must keep customers apprised of progress, setbacks and updated completion times. We have the latest technology tools that will allow you to communicate via a DVI, texting and text to pay
You must be able to handle 15-20 repair orders a day consisting of used cars, customer pay, internals and warranty.
Maintain knowledge of products and services in order to accurately and correctly answer customer inquiries.
