Project Manager

Overview The Project Manager is a key leader responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from planning through close‑out. This role requires strong strategic thinking, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to manage complex, multiphase projects while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilitie sLead the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring all objectives are met

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, optimizing labor, materials, and equipment
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish clear goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget
• Oversee all project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and financial reports
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes
• Lead project meetings and communicate milestones, updates, and changes to stakeholders
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, resolving issues efficiently
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
• Partner with Quality Control leadership to maintain high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction
• Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, promoting professional growth
• Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and financial performance
• Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, and best practices

Qualificatio nsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fiel d.10+ years of construction project management experience; public sector experience strongly preferre d.Proven success managing large‑scale projects from inception through completio n.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other construction management tool s.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practice s.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and team s.Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing team s.Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal staf f.Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and qualit y.Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety regulation s.Ability to read, interpret, and analyze drawings, specifications, and contract s.Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to changing project condition s.Proactive approach to professional development and long‑term career growt h.
