Utilize advanced analytics software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau) to extract, clean, and visualize data. Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed logistics improvements and network changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and sales, to implement optimized solutions. Forecast demand and capacity requirements to ensure efficient resource allocation. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in logistics and supply chain management. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, outlining findings and strategic recommendations. Support the development and implementation of new logistics strategies and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex logistics and supply chain issues identified through data analysis. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Logistics Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Deep understanding of logistics principles, transportation modes, and supply chain operations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
