Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.Job Overview:The Analyst, Supply Chain Cost Optimization finds, sizes and tracks cost savings across Leslie's supply chain, including freight, distribution center labor, and other operating spend. You will build cost-to-serve models, explain where and why cost varies across the network, and keep an auditable scorecard of the savings we deliver.This is an operations-facing role; you will spend real time with Engineering, Distribution and Logistics teams, learning what drives the numbers before recommending a change. The work feeds directly into the supply chain's cost optimization priorities. The role requires strong analytical skills, Supply Chain experience, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.Responsibilities:Cost-to-serve modeling: Build and maintain cost-to-serve models covering freight, DC handling and labor, and inventory carrying costs, by channel, DC and store.DC labor cost analysis: Analyze labor cost per unit, overtime, and temporary labor mix by site and period, using timekeeping and payroll data.
