Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• MIG Welding: Produce strong, clean, high-quality welds that meet specifications
• Read Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints and welding symbols
• Inspect Your Work: Check welded joints and components for quality and make repairs when necessary
• Work Safely: Follow established safety procedures, welding codes and company standards
• Collaborate: Work with production team members, maintenance and engineering to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
• Complete assigned work according to production schedules and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous welding experience required
• MIG welding experience preferred
• Welding certifications are a plus
• Solid understanding of welding equipment, tools and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Ability to safely lift, maneuver and position materials
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
• Willingness to learn, adapt and help wherever needed
