Texas HR Business Partner

To support a growing network of clinics in Texas, the full-time Texas HR Business Partner will manage complex employee relations issues, provide coaching to clinic managers, and drive culture-building initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary employee relations resource, managing investigations and synthesizing complex situations into actionable recommendations Act as a trusted advisor to clinic managers, coaching them through performance management and employee development processes Proactively implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and minimize relations issues across assigned clinic locations Required qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant focus on employee relations Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex ER cases independently Strong working knowledge of Texas employment law and federal regulations (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII) Experience coaching and advising managers on HR and ER matters Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent judgment in fast-paced environments
