Description We are currently seeking a dependable Personal Care Aide to provide essential, hands-on support for our clients' daily living and personal care needs. You will work one-on-one with clients and their families as a vital part of their daily care team. Core Responsibilities Daily Living Support: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe mobility (ADLs). Nutritional Care: Prepare customized meals based on dietary requirements and provide feeding assistance when necessary. Home Environment: Manage light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, and organizing) to maintain a safe living space. Transportation: Provide safe transit for clients to medical appointments and essential errands. Safe Handling: Perform secure transfers and repositioning to ensure client comfort and safety. Requirements What We’re Looking For Background: Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or memory care environments is preferred.
