Corporate Development Finance

Lead financial strategy and decision support across a multi-entity organization with multiple subsidiaries. This role combines strategic finance, financial modeling, forecasting, M&A analysis, and executive partnership. The ideal candidate brings a strong finance foundation—ideally from investment banking, private equity, or consulting—and can translate complex financial data into actionable business decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop financial strategies, forecasts, models, and scenario analyses to support company-wide decisions. Partner with leadership across six subsidiaries to establish goals, evaluate performance, and drive results. Analyze cash flow, balance sheet performance, profitability, and key business drivers. Support acquisitions and investments through financial modeling and due diligence. Prepare financial and performance presentations for senior leadership and the Board. Improve financial reporting, systems, processes, and automation. Provide strategic recommendations on growth, capital allocation, and business performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI and financial planning systems a plus. Experience with M&A, due diligence, or investment analysis strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to executive audiences.
