The Sensor Power and Analog Design (SPAD) department is seeking electrical engineers with knowledge of analog electronics, power electronics, power systems, and servo/motor control systems. Responsibilities Work closely with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements, operational specifications, and RTX guidelines. Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry, or servo/motor control systems. Provide support to production, integration, and test activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Execute program schedules on time and within budget. Demonstrate self‑motivation. Travel may be required to Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH. Qualifications You Must Have Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM major. Coursework in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, or Control Systems. Knowledge of modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer‑based tools. Qualifications We Prefer ABET accreditation (preferred but not required). 3.0 cumulative GPA desired. Hardware development experience.
