- Pay: $28 $32/hr + $0.30/hr night differential + OT
- Off-Pack: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (4x10).
- Pack Season: Approx. mid-June to early/mid-October; 6x12 schedule, day or night shift based on experience and plant needs.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on production, processing, and packaging equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, repairs, and PM documentation.
- Prepare equipment for pack-season startup and post-season shutdown.
- Read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Experience: Strong mechanical aptitude; experience can come from automotive, farm equipment, general mechanical repair, or similar backgrounds.
- Must be comfortable with demanding 6x12 seasonal schedules, rotating days off, and day/night shift assignments.
