Since 1983, we've built our reputation by developing exceptional employees, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating opportunities for career growth.Flexible part-time scheduleOpportunity to help shape the future of our Technical AcademyCollaborative and supportive leadership teamStable, growing company with long-term opportunitiesMeaningful work that directly impacts employee developmentCompensation$18.00-$24.00 per hour based on experienceApproximately 15-25 hours per weekWhat You'll DoAs the Technical Program Assistant, you'll coordinate the administrative and organizational activities that keep our Technical Academy operating successfully.Responsibilities include:Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions for the Technical AcademyAssist with organizing and updating training curriculum and educational materialsMaintain training manuals, presentations, and instructional resourcesSchedule classroom sessions, instructor calendars, and apprenticeship activitiesManage apprenticeship records from enrollment through program completionTrack attendance, certifications, progress, and required documentationCoordinate communication between apprentices, mentors, instructors, department managers, and leadershipOrganize internal training events, workshops, and technical education sessionsPrepare reports and maintain accurate program documentationOrder training materials and coordinate classroom resourcesSupport onboarding activities related to technical trainingAssist with leadership development programs and company training eventsRecommend improvements that strengthen training organization and efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, keeping detailed records, and helping others succeed.Qualified candidates will have:Two or more years of experience in administrative support, training coordination, education, human resources, or program managementOutstanding organizational and project coordination skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work independently while collaborating with multiple departmentsProfessionalism and discretion when handling confidential informationPreferred QualificationsExperience developing or organizing training materials or curriculumExperience coordinating apprenticeship or workforce development programsExperience in residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or another skilled trades industryFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS), HRIS, or training softwareAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related fieldWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou'll thrive in this position if you're proactive, highly organized, and enjoy keeping projects moving forward.
