Business Systems Analyst:
- Requirements Gathering : Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Collaboration : Collaborating with development and architecture teams.
- Technical Insights : Translating complex data and technical insights into business recommendations.
- User Stories and Process Flows : Creating user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
- UAT Support : Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Application Modernization : Experience with application modernization or cloud migration initiatives.
- Agile/Scrum : Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Application Architecture : Solid understanding of application architecture and software development lifecycle.
- Performance Bottlenecks : Identifying performance bottlenecks or redundant code modules.
- Communication : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Programming Concepts : Familiarity with programming concepts (e.g., Java, .NET).
