Position: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 7+ Months Contract Position

Description:

This Business Systems Analyst position will support the Identify and Access Management IPRM function, particularly as it pertains to the review and certification of end-user and privileged access. IPRM's Identity and Access Management (IAM) Certification Team manages the enterprise processes for ensuring periodic end-user and privileged user access reviews, in accordance with Information Security Policy and Federal regulations.

Under general direction, the business analyst will primarily support IAM Certification Team objectives related to:

1. the continued management/ execution of established access review processes,
2. the development and roll-out of new enterprise privileged server access review processes, and
3. the establishment of periodic automated attestations for the firm's high-risk assets.

End-User and Privileged-User Access Certification Process Management/Execution –

• Plan and coordinate efforts to execute quarterly and annual Access Review Campaign events among Client's application/asset owners.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing/administering periodic user access or entitlements reviews/attestations to ensure appropriate access for applications/ information assets required
• Experience in the analysis and validation of security access reports, or audit reporting / control areas
• Experience gathering and facilitating the development of business and system requirements within a broader project team required

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong administrative, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Access)
• Working knowledge of SharePoint
• Basic understanding of security practices and risk management principles
• Basic understanding of information systems, security infrastructure and associated key security challenges
