- Groom and maintain prioritized backlogs in partnership with business owners, project managers, and delivery teams.
- Document current-state processes and design future-state workflows that simplify work, improve controls, reduce delays, and enhance the user experience.
- Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, data improvement, responsible AI use, and elimination of non-value-added activities.
- Evaluate solution options with business and technology partners and document impacts, dependencies, risks, assumptions, constraints, and tradeoffs.
- Participate in high-level solution and component-design discussions to represent business processes, rules, data, controls, user experience, and operational needs.
- Work with architects and developers to assess maintainability, end-to-end process impacts, and alignment with intended business outcomes.
