Warranty Manager

We don’t just sell and build new homes; we also manage teams, acquire land, manufacture materials, provide mortgages to our customers, and provide corporate support to NVR’s multi-billion dollar business operations.As a Warranty Manager, you will use your construction industry knowledge to provide service to our customers in accordance with NVR's warranty policy to ensure fair, prompt, and courteous attention to our customers' concerns.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform required final inspection service within approved company standardsRespond to daily incoming customer calls within 24 hoursWork directly with customer's on warranty issues and concernsDirect staff to ensure all work is scheduled, performed, and completed in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications​3-5 years experience managing the service function in the construction industryGood problem solving and fiscal management skillsBachelors Degree preferredLife at NVRAt NVR, your desire to excel is matched by our commitment to your success and we’ll give you the tools and industry knowledge you need.
