We are seeking an experienced RV Service Manager to lead and oversee our service department operations out of Knoxville TN. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality repairs, efficient workflow, strong customer satisfaction, and effective team leadership in a fast-paced RV dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity

• Supervise, train, and motivate RV technicians and service staff

• Ensure all repairs, warranty work, and PDI inspections are completed accurately and on time

• Work closely with Parts and Sales departments to coordinate repairs and deliveries

• Communicate with customers regarding service needs, timelines, and repairs

• Maintain compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines and industry standards

• Monitor service department KPIs, labor sales, and profitability

• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service facility

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an RV Service Manager required.

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Solid mechanical understanding of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, chassis)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment

• Computer proficiency; dealership management system experience a plus
