Invoicing Agent

Job Posting Position Overview: This is an entry level position, hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Job Duties & Requirements: Must work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Monitors discrepant invoices and pro-actively contacts vendors to reconcile pricing. Works closely with vendor representatives to resolve pricing discrepancies. Constructs cost analysis spreadsheets to evaluate spending per vendor. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills required. Must possess basic computer knowledge. Experience with MS Excel strongly preferred. Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions, and work independently. Experience with basic accounting principles preferred but not required. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
