Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Inventory Clerk :

• Use handheld scanning equipment to count and record inventory
• Verify product quantities and report discrepancies
• Organize merchandise and inventory areas
• Move lightweight products, boxes, and materials as needed
• Follow assigned counting procedures and project instructions
• Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Work collaboratively with team members and onsite leadership
• Complete other general labor duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous inventory, retail, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or mobile devices
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and crouch for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work at different project locations and scheduled shift times
• Background check may be required
