We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our client’s team in Berlin. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and supporting daily office operations. The role is expected to last for a limited period, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Position –  Receptionist

Job Location –  Berlin, WI

Starting Date –  ASAP

Employment Term –  Contract

Employment Type –  Part time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay – $15 per hour

Required Experience –  Prior office experience is needed

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
• Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications 

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
