Key Responsibilities Sales Driver: As a member of the sales‑directing team you drive sales to ensure store success. As the ‘Host of the Party’ you build brand loyalty by providing an omni channel Oasis experience to every customer. You provide feedback to do more with less and create value for the brand. Talent Management: You support the Store Manager in finding the right talent, build new networking connections, and provide an exceptional onboarding experience to support retention goals. Operations: You organize and plan in detail to get the job done, own the sales floor to execute daily operations, and create the Oasis for customers. Leadership: You partner with the Store Manager to supervise and train your team, lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement with recognition, coaching and feedback. Integrity: You follow all Windsor policy and procedures and do the right thing. Store Presentation: In partnership with the Store Manager you support the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive, maintain a neat, clean and tidy store in compliance with Visual Guidelines and make smart merchandising decisions. Culture Champion: You live and promote Windsor values, foster respect, care, ownership and commitment, and deliver your best every day. Qualifications At least 1 year of retail management experience. Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees. Quick thinker able to resolve issues with customers and associates. Effective communicator in both group and one‑on‑one settings. Open to feedback and always ready to improve. Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English.
