Systems Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities Windows administration Firewall administration Install, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computer systems, switches, ISRs, access points, and other networking equipment Perform routine ticket management and escalations to drive problems to final resolution Monitor call and e‑mail queues to ensure timely incident, event, and service request response and resolution Quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the applications and infrastructure within the environment and how they impact employees, customers, and the business Requirements 7-10 years of total IT experience progressing from support to system admin/network admin level Experience with Windows workstations, Windows Server 2016, and strong Active Directory skills (group creation, permission assignment, OU management) 7+ years of networking experience and proficiency with network troubleshooting tools, configuration (e.g., VLANs, POE, switch controllers) and deep packet analysis Ability to use access list controllers to troubleshoot complex network issues 2+ years of O365 support (mailbox permissions, creation, message tracing) Job Type & Location This is a contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. The role is hybrid, requiring presence at the Atlanta location. The position is anticipated to close on May 25, 2026. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
