Systems Administrator

Job Description DPR Construction is seeking a System Administrator to join our collaborative team environment and support technology and operations for our growing business. Responsibilities Track all service requests to completion Resolve production incidents Identify top automation & self‑service opportunities within our environment Document best practices and knowledge base articles for existing and new systems Participate in on‑call rotation Microsoft Cloud administration and identity management Qualifications Experience supporting various technology stacks and a willingness to learn new technologies Microsoft systems and cloud experience with Office 365 platform Enterprise network and systems monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, HP, Dell, and Cisco Cloud operations and management across Microsoft, AWS, Google, and Oracle Degree in engineering or equivalent experience preferred Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, JavaScript, and shell scripting Enterprise identity management systems such as IBM, Microsoft, Okta, and Ping Linux or Microsoft system administration or engineering experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Windows Server 2008/12/16 advanced administration Microsoft Active Directory administration and engineering Problem identification and incident management Cloud Administration in AWS or Microsoft Azure Microsoft Office 365 – Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, and OneDrive for Business LII/III Microsoft systems administration or engineering experience Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams PowerShell 4.0+ scripting for reliable and scalable automation Requirements Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Information Technology Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft systems and cloud Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with PowerShell 4.0+ scripting Experience with Microsoft Graph, JavaScript, shell scripting Scripting and automation experience Ability to work independently and with other teams Strong problem identification and incident management skills Equal Employment Opportunity DPR is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
