Customer Care Representative

What You’ll Do Manage customer accounts and spare parts needs as assigned by the Spare Parts Hubs Manager. Communicate directly with customers, respond to inquiries promptly, and proactively promote our products. Build strong customer relationships and support sales growth within your assigned portfolio. Process customer quote requests through our quotation module (SPQ) received through email, phone, and other channels. Assist customers with parts identification and technical parts searches. Partner with our technical team when additional support is needed and keep customers informed throughout the process. Process orders in our ERP system and coordinate shipments in accordance with company procedures. Track and communicate order status while assisting customers with troubleshooting and follow-up. Support inventory planning efforts by helping identify regional stocking needs based on customer demand. Prioritize daily activities and projects while maintaining accurate notes and organization. Collaborate with colleagues across specialties and contribute to a supportive team environment. Remain flexible, adaptable, and customer-focused while managing multiple priorities. Maintain professionalism and effective communication when working under pressure.
