Perform changeovers of divers packaging equipment (e.g. case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, …). Applies correct labels. Perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects. Housekeeping. Perform Autonomous maintenancePerformance Metrics:Labeling Accuracy: Maintains a labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all labeling procedures without deviation.Quality Control Compliance: Performs all required quality checks with 100% completion and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per standard operating procedures.Line clearance accuracyAutonomous maintenance completionCompetencies:Ensures AccountabilityDecision QualityCommunicates EffectivelyInstills TrustCollaboratesValues DifferencesDrives ResultsWhat Makes You GreatQualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required6 months of manufacturing experience preferredCapable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hoursAble to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneouslyHigh cleanliness standards for the machines and work areaPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
