You'll play an important role in ensuring high-quality medical-grade products are accurately prepared, protected, and delivered to customers.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in being part of a team where everyone contributes.What You'll DoPackage and prepare domestic and international shipments, including fragile medical-grade products.Verify orders, job travelers, and shipping paperwork for accuracy.Create labels and process shipments using systems such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and WorldShip.Maintain shipment and inventory records using ERP systems.Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.Assist with inventory counts, order picking, packing, and warehouse activities.Build and customize packaging using basic tools such as saws and drills.Operate pallet jacks and safely move materials throughout the facility.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following quality procedures.Support manufacturing and shipping teams to keep operations running smoothly.What We're Looking ForExperience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active throughout the workday.Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and shipping platforms.Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.Why Join Us?Work with products that support important industries.Gain valuable experience in shipping, inventory, packaging, and manufacturing.Be part of a supportive team that values hard work and reliability.Enjoy a role with variety and opportunities to grow.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Needham, MA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
