Founding HRBP - Org Design, Growth & People Ops
Factory
Factory is building autonomous development systems for enterprise engineering teams and is looking for a Founding HRBP in San Francisco. You will partner with leaders across the organization to design org structures, plan headcount, and implement effective people programs while shaping the HRBP function as the company scales. You will coach leaders, drive performance reviews and compensation cycles, and contribute to L&D, Total Rewards, and data-driven HR initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Factory
