About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global People Business Partners to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work within the organization. This high-impact position is focused on driving the business forward through a robust people strategy, particularly in the context of the company's significant business decisions and international growth. The successful candidate will be a seasoned people executive with a proven track record of operating at the VP or Head of People level, and will be responsible for leading the People Business Partner function, owning workforce planning, and driving the human capital strategy behind M&A activities. The role demands a leader who can anticipate workforce challenges, guide leaders through complex organizational change, and influence how the company builds and retains top talent. Candidates for this role at the company should have at least 15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong background in executive partnership, people business partnering, and organizational leadership. Experience in the tech industry, particularly in growth or marketplace organizations, is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to inclusion, belonging, and culture-building, and possess strong communication skills to engage with a variety of audiences, including the executive team. A data- and insights-driven mindset, the ability to influence and coach senior executives, and a proven track record of leading a high-performing team of people business partners are essential. The role requires a leader who can thrive in ambiguity, lead through change, and modernize the people function to ensure it is best-in-class and aligned with the company's business priorities.
