Role Description The Junior Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This position supports senior agents with deal origination and execution in commercial real estate retail leasing. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching market trends and comparable properties, preparing initial financial analyses and deal summaries, and assisting with client outreach. The Junior Agent contributes to the preparation of marketing materials and transaction documentation, helps maintain accurate deal pipelines and internal databases, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on active assignments. The role offers training and mentorship to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate and capital markets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency with Excel and financial modeling at a basic to intermediate level.
• Solid research and market analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, trends, and property-level information.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for drafting summaries, presentations, and professional correspondence.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Relationship-building and client service mindset, with a professional presence and collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with real estate or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, capital markets, or investment sales; prior internship or entry-level experience in a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, NY and adapt to a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
