Evening Shift LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of resident autonomy and dignity, promoting a culture of respect and compassion
