Emergency Registered NurseWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Emergency Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing immediate and effective medical care to patients in emergency situations. You will work collaboratively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.ResponsibilitiesAssess and triage patients in emergency situationsAdminister medications and treatments as ordered by physiciansMonitor and document patient vital signs and medical historyCollaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plansProvide emotional support and education to patients and their familiesMaintain accurate and complete medical recordsAdhere to hospital policies and proceduresParticipate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and stay current with best practicesRequirementsActive Registered Nurse licenseMinimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursingBLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysIf you are a dedicated and skilled Emergency Registered Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
