Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for an assignment of either 15 or 18 weeks. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including neuro/ortho patients and those with medically complex conditions, in an outpatient setting.

Assignment Details

• Assignment Length: 15 or 18 weeks
• Start Date: Mid-Late October
• Shift: 4x10 or 5x8 Days, with no weekends
• Years of Experience Required: 1 year
• First Timers Accepted: Yes

Qualifications

• Certifications Required: BLS, AK PT License
• Skills Required: As per unit description
• On-Call Requirement: No
• Weekend Requirement: Some Saturdays
• Pending Licenses: Accepted
