Senior Marketing Specialist – Growth Location: New York City, hybrid Working pattern: 2-3 days per week in office Salary: $100,000-$130,000 base bonus, dependent on experience Employment: Full time The Opportunity We’re working with a growing B2B SaaS business operating within the enterprise LegalTech market as they hire a Senior Marketing Specialist focused on growth. This is a hands-on performance marketing role responsible for two key growth channels: email marketing and paid acquisition . You’ll own the execution of campaigns rather than managing agencies or directing others to build them, working closely with Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations. The focus is firmly on pipeline generation, lead quality and commercial impact , rather than impressions or vanity metrics. What You’ll Be Doing Email & Lifecycle Marketing Own email marketing campaigns end-to-end through HubSpot Build audience segmentation, personalisation and targeting strategies Develop and optimise campaign copy alongside the Content team Manage campaign QA, deployment and reporting Run structured experiments across subject lines, messaging, CTAs and personalisation Maintain strong database hygiene and email deliverability Analyse results and turn campaign learnings into repeatable best practices Paid Acquisition Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Test additional channels including Reddit, G2 and emerging paid platforms Build targeting and retargeting audiences alongside Demand Generation Turn existing content into compelling paid campaign assets Brief and direct creative assets, including short-form video where required Launch, monitor and continuously optimise campaigns against performance Own conversion tracking, bidding strategy and attribution reporting What We’re Looking For 4 years of hands-on paid acquisition or growth marketing experience Experience within B2B SaaS or a strong B2B performance marketing agency background Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Strong HubSpot experience, including segmentation, forms, sequences, smart content and reporting Demonstrable experience building and optimising both email and paid campaigns Strong understanding of conversion, pipeline creation and lead quality Experience working within longer, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles Comfortable working cross-functionally with RevOps, Product Marketing, Content and Demand Generation Strong analytical and project management skills Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Comfortable challenging existing approaches and testing new ideas Experience using AI tools to accelerate creative development, analysis and optimisation Nice to Have Experience with Reddit Ads G2 advertising experience Experience with emerging AI advertising platforms Clay experience The Business The company is an established and growing enterprise LegalTech SaaS business helping corporate legal teams improve how they manage legal operations, spend, matters and external counsel.
