About the Role: As a Captain at Joe's, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by leading and coordinating service teams in a dynamic hospitality environment. Your primary objective is to oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency. You will act as a liaison between management and service staff, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise to uphold customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work atmosphere. Ultimately, your leadership will contribute to the establishment’s reputation for excellence and operational success. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or food service industry. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Certification in food safety or hospitality management. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities to enhance communication with a diverse clientele. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards. Collaborate with management to implement service policies, optimize workflow, and improve overall guest satisfaction. Skills: The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage and motivate service teams, ensuring seamless daily operations.
